ITS coordinates training programs that prepare U-M staff to use U-M administrative systems and the U-M Data Warehouse. My LINC is the University of Michigan’s web-based learning and information center.

SignNow is a cloud-based offering that enables users to electronically prepare and send university business documents for the purpose of requesting and obtaining digital signatures and other information on those documents.

Passwordstate is an on-premise, web-based solution for enterprise password management that allows teams of people to access and share sensitive password resources.

Used for the electronic management of Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) protocols, animal operations, and controlled substance registrations.

Provides Conflict of Interest (COI) management of U-M faculty and staff members' outside interest disclosures.

Provides support for request and resource management to research cores, including shared supplies, equipment, facilities, services, expertise, and other technology.

Used for the electronic routing, approval, and submission of proposals (PAFs) and Unfunded Agreements (UFAs) to external sponsors, Clinical Trial Routing Forms, and Awards.

Provides review and approval processes for the U-M Institutional Review Boards (IRB) and the U-M Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC). Supported applications include Human Subjects, Biosafety, and Repository.

Streamlines the application, review, and approval process for internal funding opportunities, fellowships, awards, competitions, and events.

These modules allow the university to bill external sponsors, record invoices as receivable items and the payments on invoices as revenue, and track and report on receivable items, activity, and payments.

U-M Benefits Office staff use the Benefits Administration module to manage benefit services for U-M faculty and staff and retired faculty and staff.
