InfoReady is a third-party, web-based product geared toward higher education programming that streamlines the process of posting, finding, and applying for internal funding and limited submission opportunities. InfoReady automates workflows related to application and review processes and decision-making, and it eliminates the need for multiple spreadsheets, web forms, emails, and attachments for internal funding opportunities, fellowships, awards, competitions, and events.
The InfoReady platform has many sites (called tenants or microsites). Each school/college/unit or office has its own custom InfoReady site with an interface to set up competitions, fill out applications, and manage the review process. See Getting Started for a list of sites.
Background
The InfoReady tool was initially used and administered by the University of Michigan Medical School in 2013 to manage its internal review processes. Since then, it was also administered by the Office of the Vice President for Research. U-M enterprise support of InfoReady transitioned to the ITS eResearch team in 2024.
InfoReady is used by U-M faculty, staff, students, and parents across all three U-M campuses.
