TimeTapp, a cloud based appointment scheduled solution, is used to schedule asymptomatic testing for U-M’s COVID-19 Community Sampling and Tracking program (CSTP).
Participants need to register before they can schedule a testing appointment. Registration information is stored in an ITS supported Oracle database and is updated twice daily (8 a.m. and 1 p.m.). Participants should register at least 1 day before their scheduled test.
TimTapp Service Level Agreement
- The service shall be available 99.95%, measured monthly, excluding holidays and weekends and scheduled maintenance.
- They deploy code once a week on Sundays. This is a rolling update and should not cause any outage. If they need to schedule an outage, they will provide notice at least 7 days in advance.
