ITS is committed to using AI to help build a more secure, inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment in support of U-M missions. This means creating AI systems, applications, and tools that are designed for accessibility and are usable for all members of the university community.
- U-M GPT and U-M Maizey have been designed and tested for accessibility, as defined by WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, the digital accessibility standard currently used by U-M. They have been optimized for compatibility and usability with common assistive technologies.
- Go Blue has been designed and tested for accessibility, as defined by WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. It has been optimized for compatibility and usability with assistive technology features in mobile operating systems.
