The Organizational Development (OD) team within ITS at the University of Michigan is excited to extend our learning opportunities beyond our department and welcome all who are interested in growing their skills.
Who We Are
Established in 2022, OD is dedicated to cultivating a cohesive and collaborative culture within ITS while supporting both personal and professional growth. As we expand our offerings, we’re excited to share our workshops and resources with a broader community.
What We Do
Organizational Development focuses on strengthening individuals, teams, and organizations through intentional, evidence-based practices. Drawing from fields like psychology, business, and adult learning, we design learning experiences that help participants build practical skills, improve collaboration, and adapt to change. Our sessions emphasize real-world application—equipping participants with tools they can immediately use to grow and succeed in today’s evolving workplace.
