Organizational Change Management Application (OCM Level 2)

This course builds on the concepts introduced in OCM Essentials. Participants will journey through a deep-dive analysis of the U's 7-Stage Change Model and learn how to leverage each stage to make organizational change happen more readily and with greater impact.

Participants will learn to:

• Cultivate a collaborative environment that leverages key collaborators' and impacted groups' input and diverse viewpoints to effectively manage and improve change processes
• Discover how to inform, engage, and support key collaborators and impacted groups, while continuously improving the impact of organizational changes for the best results
