Organizational Change Management Practice (OCM Level 3)

This course provides participants with an opportunity to apply their skills learned in OCM Essentials and OCM Application. By using real-world scenarios, participants build organizational change management strategies, receive peer feedback on their plans, and are offered ongoing support as they develop change implementation plans.
