Description

Giving feedback can be challenging. We want to be honest and direct while also maintaining strong relationships and creating an environment where people feel respected and supported. Radical Candor provides a practical framework for balancing care and candor to make feedback conversations more effective.

In this interactive session, participants will explore the Radical Candor framework and the four approaches to giving feedback. They will practice recognizing how different approaches can impact conversations and learn how to structure feedback using the BWI (Behavior-Why-Impact) model. Through discussion, scenarios, and practice, participants will develop strategies for having more direct, respectful, and productive feedback conversations.
