If you are the "go to" friend for tech support, have worked on a help desk, have stellar customer service skills, or an insatiable curiosity—we want to talk to you. The ITS Service Center/4HELP is looking for U-M students to support faculty, staff, students, alumni, and guests on the 4HELP hotline. The consultant will be responsible for effectively and efficiently handling Canvas and access requests by ensuring quick and responsible resolution of issues.

The ITS Teaching and Learning group needs a smart, detail-oriented individual to help support MiVideo, the university’s streaming media service. MiVideo is integrated with the learning management systems at all three campuses and supports over 70 research and unit-level customer use cases. We offer flexible schedules, a relaxed work environment, and even a treadmill workstation.
