Desktop Support by Neighborhood IT

As part of MiWorkspace, you have access to Neighborhood IT, a network of ITS desktop support professionals. Neighborhood IT’s mission is to support your technology needs as you carry out your mission of teaching and learning, research, clinical care, public service, or administration.

To reach your Neighborhood IT team, contact the ITS Service Center

The UM-Ann Arbor campus is divided into neighborhoods so that help is never far away. Neighborhood IT staff regularly answer phones at the Service Center, so you may hear a familiar voice!

Neighborhood IT staff are available to help with more than answering desktop support questions about your MiWorkspace computer, software, and printing. Wondering how to print from your mobile phone using Follow Me? Or not sure which storage option best suits the needs for your project or team? Your Neighborhood IT team has you covered on these topics and more!

Have a broader question about technology on campus and aren’t sure where to turn? If Neighborhood IT staff can’t answer it, we’ll connect you with someone who can.
