Onboard New Employees

Submit an onboarding request to provide your unit’s new employees with the computing resources and access required to get started on their first day. 

Offboard Employees

Learn more about offboarding requests for employees who will be transferring to another unit or leaving the university.

Printer Hardware Recommendation

Submit a request for a recommendation for a new print hardware purchase. ITS recommends purchasing multifunction printers in consultation with U-M Procurement. When purchasing new or replacement printer hardware, ITS will recommend what we believe to be the best device based on your requirements and compatibility with the MPrint service.

Event Support (including virtual events during COVID-19 pandemic)

The Neighborhood IT team is available to assist with unit-sponsored events. Learn more about on-campus and virtual event support and submit a request for support.
