The process for requesting and managing additional U-M Zoom licenses has changed. You will now use the new ITS Zoom License Manager tool instead of using a U-M Qualtrics form or contacting the ITS Service Center to request an add-on license. The licenses available for request include Webinar 1k, Webinar 10k, Large Meeting (500/1k), and Translated Captions.
All licenses already assigned to your account are viewable/manageable in the tool. Please note that some licenses expire, are extremely limited, or require manual renewal.
