Will users of your conference room use assistive technology?
We recommend that a user of assistive technology use their personal device in the conference room to connect with the same Zoom meeting and configure the audio on their personal device accordingly.
Alternatively, our testing has found that using an iPad as the Zoom Rooms touch panel is an additional option for those using assistive technology. Owners of conference rooms may want to supply and install an iPad to use as the touch panel for the Zoom Room system in their conference room.
