Cookie Dough

A pair of templates that provide rotating regions for four sections of content overlayed on top of a large region typically used for background photos. This file contains two templates which mirror each other except for the bottom region containing the text 'Events Weather News Our Team' one template has a gray bar and on the other the bar is blue.
