Any department or organization that is a part of the University of Michigan—including Michigan Medicine—is welcome to submit images that Content Managers can choose to include in their signs.

Submit an image using the Digital Signage Community Content Submission form. Your submission will be reviewed by the Digital Signage administrators within two business days of receiving. Upon approval it will be entered into the available content rotation.
Each department manages their own signs and can choose to participate on a sign-by-sign basis. Certain departments also manage their own content requests, which may supplement or replace the Community Content Feed. If you are interested in submitting content to one of the following units, please abide by their individual guidelines:
- Michigan Ross Digital Signage
- College of Engineering (follows Office of Student Affairs guidelines)
- Screens @ North Quad
- U-M Library
- Student Organization Resource Center (University Unions)
