Submit Images for Digital Signage at U-M
Any U-M department or organization—including Michigan Medicine—can submit images for digital signage. Content Managers may select and display submitted images on their signs.

- Guidelines: See the Community Content Feed Guidelines for submission requirements.
- Submission: Upload your image via the Digital Signage Community Content Submission form. Digital Signage administrators review submissions within two business days, and approved images will join the content rotation.

Each department manages individual signs and content. Some units have unique submission guidelines; please follow these if submitting to:

- College of Engineering (follows Office of Student Affairs guidelines).
- U-M Library.
- Student Organization Resource Center (University Unions).
