The Secure Enclave Services provides U-M researchers with high-performance, secure, and flexible computing environments enabling the analysis of sensitive data sets restricted by federal privacy laws, proprietary access agreements, or confidentiality requirements.

Simple, dependable access to several ITS-provided high-performance computing clusters and data storage resources.

Data Den is a service for preserving electronic data generated from research activities. It is a low-cost, highly durable storage system, is the largest storage system operated by ARC, and is only available in a replicated format.

Locker is a cost-optimized, high-capacity, large-file storage service for research data.

Turbo is a high-capacity, reliable, secure, and fast storage solution for research data. It is tuned for large files (which corresponds roughly to be files in 1 megabyte in size or larger), but it is still capable of efficiently storing small files, such as: word documents, spreadsheets, image files, etc.

Globus is a robust cloud-based file transfer service designed to move many large files, ranging from 10s of GBs to 10s of TBs. ARC is a Globus Provider for the U‑M community, which allows some U‑M resources to serve as endpoints for file transfers.
