Printing at Campus Computing Locations

Some ITS Campus Computing Sites print locations will be retired in January 2025 as part of the Print Service Optimization Initiative. Please use our Location Map to find print locations nearby.

Printing is available at many Campus Computing locations (also known as Sites) across campus via MPrint. Sites locations offer black and white, color, tabloid, or poster printers. Everyone is welcome to print at Campus Computing locations, though printing allocations vary.

Printing charges apply to all documents printed at Campus Computing locations.

How to Print

With MPrint, you can either send your print job to a specific printer or send your print job to a virtual queue, called Follow Me, so that you can pick it up at any printer within 24 hours.

Follow Me printing prevents you from printing to the wrong printer, printing to an out-of-service printer, or someone else grabbing your document. To use Follow Me, select "Follow Me" as your print destination.

1. Send Print Job

There are four ways you can send a file to print:

2. Release When & Where You Want

If you sent your job to Follow Me, you can release your job via:

Sites Printing Rules

  • DO NOT insert different paper or other materials into the printers (i.e., resumé paper or transparency sheets). These may jam and damage the printer's inner components and you will be held responsible.
  • DO NOT take paper from the Sites printers. Removing paper from the Sites printers is considered theft and disciplinary action will be taken.
  • DO NOT power off the printers. If you experience a problem with a printer, contact the Sites staff or report the problem by calling the ITS Service Center at 734-764-4357.
