The TeamDynamix (TDX) Application Administration document serves as a comprehensive runbook for TDX administrators of departmental TDX applications. It is also a template that can be copied and tailored to fit TDX administration needs in a department.

Live Virtual Training
TeamDynamix Application Administrator Refresher
The TeamDynamix Application Administrator Refresher is a virtual instructor-led course offered periodically to help bring new Application Admins up to speed with the most frequent tasks they will need to do, and to be a refresher for those who have App Admin experience already. It is scheduled in two 2-hour sessions (four hours total).

TDX Forms and Email Monitoring
TeamDynamix Forms can be customized in order to collect the necessary information from customers when they are requesting a service. You should reference the TeamDynamix Form Author Guide for tips and best practices in designing TDX Forms.
TeamDynamix Email Monitoring checks a folder in a mailbox account for new messages and creates a new ticket based on the configured email rule. Reference the TeamDynamix Email Monitors presentation for more information on how this service works and how to request it.

U-M's TeamDynamix Knowledge Base, which is used by TDX Technicians, Administrators and campus IT users, has knowledge articles about using TeamDynamix, as well as articles about most other types of computing at U-M. TDX Admins often create knowledge articles.
