Beginning in 2026 Digital Signage offers new Tiered Solutions providing customers choices for meeting their particular needs and budget. 

Screens as a Service

This new model is intentionally designed to offer a consistent, predictable annual rate and enhanced reliability. The streamlined structure delivers greater value and a more dependable experience at a reasonable cost. 

  • Choose from three standard tiers—Turnkey, Basic, or Advanced—or select our Custom tier, where you can request tailored options to fit your specific needs and budget.
  • Pay a one-time upfront hardware bundle cost and cover your own initial installation and infrastructure expenses.* See Getting Started for what to consider.
  • Pay a recurring monthly rate (tier-specific) covering hardware maintenance, content management system, support, and hardware refreshes.*
  • ITS pre-negotiates pricing for standard tiers’ licensing and hardware, allowing customers to benefit from cost savings at scale.*

Tiered Solutions Hardware Lifecycle

As part of the tiered solutions service, we expect to refresh Digital Signage hardware approximately every four to six years. ITS-Digital Signage provides an expected Hardware Lifecycle Roadmap for all standard equipment.

Operational Support

  • Departments provide first-level support to their users. Refer to Ongoing Departmental Responsibilities for details.
  • Unit contacts requiring additional assistance can contact the ITS Digital Signage support group.
  • Hardware and Platform:
    • ITS delivers comprehensive Tier 2 troubleshooting and solution support for the standard hardware and platform.
    • ITS offers best-effort Tier 2 troubleshooting for non-standard components on a case-by-case basis. Departments are responsible for solutions involving non-standard components that they own under the Custom tier.
  • Account Administration
    • Departments should use their self-service dashboard to update Shortcodes, edit contact information, and indicate current sign locations.
