Other software licenses provided to students and available for download include:

Users can also use Virtual Sites if they prefer a virtual machine computing session. Virtual Sites is useful because it has a broader selection of software.

Some software titles are restricted to approved research applications. Users needing to access these titles will need to submit a Software Exception Request.

CAEN Students

CAEN Students have additional applications available for self-install. Go to the CAEN Knowledge Base to find available titles.

Support

Loaned devices needing software or hardware support should be brought into the Michigan Union Tech Shop for service. When visiting isn’t an option or you have a question about your device, you can also submit a support request here. Devices experiencing hardware issues may be swapped to another available unit by request, but working devices may not be swapped during the loan period. If the currently loaned device is no longer meeting the student’s needs, they should return their current device and submit a new request.
