As these devices are insured by the university, you will not be liable for any accidental damage that occurs to the device while in your possession. If damage occurs, contact the ITS Service Center, and they will create a ticket so that we can set up the return of the damaged laptop and replacement if one is available. Please have the following information available:
- Date and time of incident
- Location of incident
- What happened
