The following return policy applies to purchases made from U-M Net. All returns must be:
- Made within 30 days of the original delivery/pickup date
- Accompanied by a copy of the Service Request System Temporary Order Number and/or copy of the order receipt.
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
