Laser Focus on Customer Service

Providing exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of Support Services' mission. As the primary interface of ITS for many individuals, Support Services handles hundreds of thousands of tickets annually. It has achieved a global leadership position in managing tickets throughout our organization.

TeamDynamics Expansion

9 new groups onboarded to their own TDX applications, bringing the total number of individual applications to 40+ across all four U-M campuses.

Leading the Way with the Google Storage Project

Beginning in 2023, over the course of more than 15 months, ITS Support Services helped guide the university community through implementing Google’s new storage limits. This was a massive undertaking.

The 2023 ITS Tech Shop Holiday Sale provided $32,000 in discounts to U-M faculty, staff, and students.
