U-M became the first university in the world to offer a suite of custom generative AI tools to all students, faculty, and staff.
ITS Teaching & Learning
Debuted the new Academic Technology@Michigan website, serving as a clearinghouse for information on academic technology across the university.

ITS Support Services
Managed hundreds of thousands of service tickets from the U-M community and established the Digital Accessibility Liaison (DAL) Network, a significant achievement in promoting and supporting the university's accessibility policy and led the adoption of new training and services to increase accessibility throughout the university.
ITS Enterprise Application Services
EAS processed and distributed over $5.2 billion in payroll disbursements, over $5.04 billion in vendor payments, and over $1.3 billion in financial aid.
ITS Infrastructure
Accelerated efforts to develop university-owned cellular infrastructure, including the deployment of advanced 5G Millimeter Wave technology at Michigan Stadium.
ITS Advanced Research Computing
Provided high performance computing to the entire university, including its Great Lakes cluster - powered by 123 TB of RAM.
ITS Information Assurance
Protected the university from cyber threats by deploying CrowdStrike Falcon Complete on over 120,000 machines across all U-M campuses.
ITS Project Management Office
Helped coordinate over 40 high-profile projects, ranging from the creation of the U-M GenAI Advisory Committee Report to the AFS retirement.
ITS Administration & Operations
Launched GitHub Copilot, Pantheon web hosting, an enhanced Wolverine Access Gateway, a comprehensive renovation of the Administrative Services Building offices, a new ITS Instagram focused on student engagement, and a new DEI 2.0 program among many other initiatives.
