Veterinary Verification and Consultation Request (VVC)
Functionality for a new VVC Specialty Action Item has been added to eRAM.
- This enhancement allows initiation of requests directly from the Protocol workspace and provides a standardized process for documenting veterinary recommendations, notifying QAs, and tracking.

Text Updates
- Applicable System Email Notifications, Action Items, Facility, PAF, Protocol, and Amendment references were updated throughout eRAM to replace "RCA" with "QA." This change is part of an ongoing terminology update to reflect what's used by the Animal Care & Use Office.
- For Approved Protocols, updated the wording on the Request Barcode Activations form to read: "Number of Barcode Stickers." This change aligns the displayed text with the current business process and terminology used by the ACU office.
Charge Dates
Updated the Reference Date used for eRAM billing charges that displays on M-Pathways Financials vouchers.
- For service and purchase charges, the Reference Date will now reflect the Service/Reference Date or Purchase Date from the charge, respectively, rather than the End Date of the eRAM billing period. All other charges will continue to use the End Date of the billing period as the Reference Date in M-Pathways.
