Why is User Experience Research Important?
User Experience (UX) research helps us understand how we can improve people’s experience with our services. It helps us identify what is working and not working with the services/tools we provide, such as Wolverine Access gateway, the University of Michigan app, and many more. We carry out this research through different feedback methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
How You Can Help
If you are interested in helping us make improvements to our services/tools, please sign up to be part of the ITS UX Feedback Group.
What You Can Expect
Once you sign up to be part of the ITS User Research Feedback group, you will receive email invitations to participate in surveys, interviews, and testing about a variety of technology topics from ITS. You don’t need to have a technical background or expertise in order to participate. Participation is optional so please pick what works with your schedule.
Feedback collected will be confidential and to be used by ITS to make improvements to our services and tools.
