Medical Surveillance Form
Medical Surveillance Questionnaire (MSQ) functionality has been updated. The Protocol and Amendment Workspaces have renamed the EHS Forms tab to OHSP. The tab is now visible to PI & Lab Personnel, as well as the ACUO.
Two new columns were added to help assess who still needs to compete a questionnaire; Protocol Roles and Is Enrolled.
Annual Review
Annual Review functionally has been globally changed to require and manage Annual Reviews for Protocols with at least one USDA species on them. (i.e. it is no longer required for Protocols with DoD Funding)
