PrivaScope creates a secure enclave able to hold one or more data sets. The process for using PrivaScope includes:
- Develop algorithms in a training environment with fabricated data to test, refine, and correct their code
- Submit algorithms to the PrivaScope Review Board to ensure it preserves privacy
- Run algorithms against live data within the secure enclave
- Scoring the algorithm to measure how well it preserves privacy
- Release results to the researcher if privacy is properly preserved
