The eResearch Proposal Management system (eRPM) SF-424 (Grants.gov) application is updated to the latest release from the vendor, which includes small bug fixes and minor updates.
SF-424 "Standard Form 424" is the application packet used by federal agencies for proposal submissions.
Assurances for Non-Construction Programs (SF-424B) V1.1 forms are updated.
OMB Expiration Dates are updated on several forms, so they now reflect the most current expiration dates. Note This only displays on the locally generated PDF preview (i.e., internal file that is not submitted to the eRA Commons).
| Form name | Expiration date |
|---|---|
| Application for Federal Assistance (SF-424) V4.0 | 03/31/2029 |
| EPA Key Contacts V2.0 | 2/28/2029 |
| EPA Form 4700-4 V5.0 | 2/28/2029 |
| SF424 Mandatory Form V3.0 | 03/31/2029 |
Generate PDF Version
On SF-424 workspaces, if an attachment that contains signature fields does not appear in the generated PDF version, that is expected behavior for non-eRA Commons submissions (agency partners beyond NIH, including CDC, FDA, AHRQ, etc.). The supporting attachment information, along with all data entered into the application package, is still successfully submitted to Grants.gov. It is just not shown in the local eRPM PDF preview.
