The eResearch Proposal Management system (eRPM) was updated to version 7.8.1 with several bug fixes.
For Office of Research and Sponsored Projects
All ORSP
- Multi-Record Search now returns awards (AWDs) in the state of AMO Review.
- The Status map now displays while the record is in the state of AMO Review.
- The Manage ORSP Assignments view on unfunded agreements (UFAs) now allows selection of all Contracts Officers (Sponsored, Unfunded, and Clinical Trial).
ORSP Coordinators
PAFs that are being submitted by the Medical School will no longer get an ORSP Coordinator assigned.
Ironclad Integration
- The eRPM launch for “Signature Only” was updated to “Signature Only (AMO Use Only)”.
- The data mapping for the Sponsor total was updated to pull from the correct eRPM field.
