Animal Use Form
- Report Non-traditional Animal Acquisition: Added a new option for users to indicate if no new animals were acquired during a particular period. This enables PIs to submit an accurate report for ULAM tracking.
- Complete Shipping Form (Import): Added new questions regarding special diet or water needs, injections, and surgical procedures.
Animal Protocol
- Made minor changes to question wording on the following V2 protocol application pages:
- Species-Specific Animal Information
- Non-Surgical and Other Procedures
- Surgical Procedures
- Updated the Request to Use Another PI's Shortcode activity to allow the request to be directed to either a PI or Shortcode Manager, instead of limiting to only designated PIs.
- Approved Amendment email notifications will now show the Amendment Type (e.g., Scientific, Personnel, Funding, or PI) in the subject line.
Pocket Timecard
Updated the Pocket Timecard entry form to restore the “OK and Add Another” button, allowing users to save an entry and immediately add another record without closing the form.
Enterprise Health Medical Surveillance Questionnaire (MSQ)
To help research teams stay compliant with Occupational Health Services (OHS) requirements, the system will now automatically send monthly reminder emails to users who have an overdue medical questionnaire, as well as to the Principal Investigators (PIs) of the protocols to which those users belong.
