Animal Treatment Report (ATR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Existing Animal Treatment Report (ATR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) functionality was enhanced to include the following:
- On the ATR/EMR Staff Home workspace, renamed the tab "Open ATRs/AEVs" to "Recent ATRs/AEVs". This list will now include all AEVs in the state of "Open" as well as AEVs that moved to "Closed" within the last 60 days.
- On the Clinical workspace "Documents" tab, added an option to Filter by Document Type.
- On the Clinical Printer-Friendly Version, added a Treatment Plan column ("Trmt Plan") to the display of ATR History.
- Updated the logic used to auto-close Clinical records. Clinical records for all species that have an associated Cage Card in the state of "CEN Deactivated" with a Deactivated Date more than 30 days in the past will now be closed during nightly batch processing. Records closed in this manner will display the activity "Auto-Close CLN from Barcode" in the Activity History.
