Raphael Jeong Hin Chin is a senior at UM-Ann Arbor interning at the Shared Services Center. Throughout his internship he has gained valuable skills in business processes, the software cycle, RPA and in maintaining good client relationships. In his free time, he enjoys working on projects that address real world problems.
