$27/FTE/year, billed in monthly installments of $2.25/FTE
The charge is determined by the number of FTEs for a unit per the University Human Resources annual human capital report, excluding temporary and student staff. Graduate students will be included only if they are paid. ITS reviews rates annually and will communicate rate changes by February of the preceding fiscal year.
