Reminder: Survey on eResearch Transition Due May 2 and Project Update
Hello,
Just a quick reminder that if you have not yet done so, please take our 5-10 minute eResearch platform transition survey by Friday, May 2. If you have already completed the survey, then no action is required. Thank you for contributing!
Your input is essential for providing perspectives, suggestions, and concerns regarding the future of U-M’s eResearch systems – including eResearch Regulatory Management (eRRM), eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM), M-Inform, and eRAM.
Responses will remain confidential and be used by the project team to inform the planning process.

Deadline: The survey closes Friday, May 2 at 5 p.m.
Your input is highly appreciated!
April Project Updates
- This project is currently in a discovery phase, during which the university is gathering information about potential solutions and market conditions.
- In March, a Request for Information (RFI) was issued to vendors, with responses due in May. This exercise will inform, in part, our project planning, budget, and overall recommendations later this year.
- This summer, we will conduct a fit-gap analysis and evaluation based on requirements and vendor demonstrations. We will also review survey responses and plan for further avenues of engagement to inform our recommendation for migrating all four product lines by the 2031 deadline.
- Please refer to the project timeline for an overview of the planning effort.
Thank you for your collaboration and continued dedication to excellence in research.
