API Directory Support

API Manager Gateway

The API manager gateway controls all the API traffic. It is considered a critical part of the API Directory and is expected to be up 24/7. Any service interruption to the API traffic is treated as the highest priority and is handled by the API Directory team within four hours of the occurrence.

This service is supported 24/7 for any service interruption. Functional questions will be supported during regular business hours.

On-call support is available 24/7 for service restoration at 734-274-5355.

API Directory Portal

The API Directory portal is designed for users to log in and search for or subscribe to APIs. This service is supported during regular business hours.

Users can also submit a support request for API Directory.
