Login Service Maintenance & Monitoring

Staff are on call 24/7. In addition, they conduct regular maintenance during hours of low use that may occasionally cause temporary outages.

  • Routine Monitoring
    Weekdays, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
    Staff will address problems as soon as possible, including during on-call hours when necessary.
  • Routine Reboots
    Sunday, 5 a.m.
    Users may not start new connections between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m., but prior connections are okay.
  • Non-routine Reboot
    Any day, midnight–6 a.m.
    Staff will provide 1/2 hour notification if a reboot is required.
  • Extended outages for hardware upgrades and other maintenance procedures
    Saturday or Sunday, midnight–6 a.m.
    Staff will notify users two days in advance of this more extended outage. A message will appear when users log in.
