- MDM infrastructure
Build, deploy, maintain, and upgrade server infrastructure, including backups, scaling, and configuration appropriate for a campus-scale service. Maintain certificates and MDM platform licensing. - Initial setup and training
Configure VPP, DEP, Apple Configurator, and similar initial setup tasks. Initial training will be provided to unit IT staff. This work is covered by an initial setup fee. - MDM platform assistance
Support for configuration profiles, DEP, VPP, and provisioning. Support and additional training is available at the prevailing time and materials rate for the MiWorkspace Service, billed in 15 minute increments.- Act as last-tier for iOS support
Provide assistance to IT providers, and may escalate to Apple and the MDM vendor when necessary. This work will be charged on a time and materials basis.

Units are responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and repairing devices on their own.
Rates & Pricing
$12/device/year, billed in monthly installments of $1/device
The charge is determined by the number of devices (active and inactive) assigned to the subscribing unit. A one-time T&M setup fee of $400 is charge at time of unit enrollment.
