Why are some website visitors being asked to prove they are human? Can we get rid of this?
User behavior has triggered Cloudflare to believe that the user is possibly a bot or other DDoS agent and caused Cloudflare to issue a challenge in order to help protect the university. This is not something that ITS can turn off.
What do I do if I get a Cloudflare error page when I am attempting to access a U-M website?
Contact the ITS Service Center or [email protected] for assistance with Cloudflare error pages. Include all of the information from the error page, including the URL you were trying to access when you got the error.
