Microsoft Unified Support

Microsoft Unified Support is a comprehensive set of support services available to Enterprise customers of Microsoft products, and includes 24/7 Technical Support, Escalation Management, Advisory Support and Technical Training.

Previously known as Microsoft Premier Support (which required a financial commitment from participating units), the new Microsoft Unified Support is now included as part of the Microsoft Licensing Agreement managed by ITS. Microsoft Unified Support is a centrally-funded service available to IT Staff at U-M Ann Arbor, Dearborn, and Flint campuses for troubleshooting select Microsoft issues. ITS manages access to the Unified Support Hub. Several IT teams from U-M units already have a staff member with designated access who can open Microsoft support cases on your behalf. Please check the MS Unified Support Directory to identify the primary contact for your unit.
