We offer real time, walk-in technical support at no cost to you. Our student team partners with you to solve issues, diagnose problems, and connect you with the right resources. It's not just about fixes—it's about empowering you with knowledge to protect and optimize your tech.
We can help with:
- general usage questions
- software issues
- virus and malware removal
- how to prevent potential issues (e.g. performing updates and backing up)
- support for a variety of common devices used across campus
Sometimes, the tech refuses to cooperate and you just need to talk to a person. That’s why we’re here.
Check-In Services
Drop your computer down the stairs? Spill coffee all over your keyboard? New software install went sideways? We also partner with certified Tech Repair technicians to provide the next level of support and fix damaged hardware.
Tech Repair is an authorized service provider for both personal and University-owned devices from Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and more. Some repair services not covered by warranty or insurance may have a cost associated with them, and the Tech Repair team will provide an estimate before beginning any work.
We know that downtime is not an option when it comes to your technology. If your hardware needs to be checked in for repair service, our laptop loaner program can keep you up and running in the meantime.
