Human Subjects Application

- An issue with the smartform routing logic on section 10. - Informed Assent - Children has been fixed.
IBC Application
- 90, 60, and 30 day Renewal reminder email notifications were added to the IBCA.
- An issue causing expiration reminders to be sent for Terminated IBC applications and Amend or Renew submissions has been fixed.
