- Changed wording for questions 16.2.6 and 16.2.22 to indicate that the question refers to all diagnostic devices, and not just "in vitro" diagnostic devices.
- Changed wording for question 21-1.3.2 to clarify that reports are required on a yearly basis, instead of quarterly.
