We offer training courses in organizational change management and a path to certification in OCM to empower our campus community to become agents of change and drive meaningful transformation, foster adaptability, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Training
The OD team at ITS is pleased to offer training and development opportunities in Organizational Change Management (OCM). These training courses equip participants with the essential OCM skills and knowledge to adapt to, adopt, and lead through change. Path to Certification
The OD team provides the opportunity to earn the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) credential through the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) organization. Requirements to obtain this certification include the following:
- Have 3-5 years of experience with organizational change management (depending on education level)
- Complete 21 hours of training from an ACMP Qualified Education Provider
- Completing all three OCM training courses offered by ITS satisfies this requirement!
- Secure funding for the Application & Exam ($595 USD for ACMP members, $745 USD for non-members)
- Complete the CCMP Application including 3 essay questions
- Take the CCMP exam — 150 questions based on the ACMP standards
