A new MiWorkspace onboarding request form is available. The form accommodates a variety of onboarding situations, including shared and dedicated machines, specialized hardware and software requests, and other preferences. This form is not intended to replace forms your unit uses as part of your unit-specific onboarding process.
Hiring managers, human resources staff, unit IT staff, or administrative assistants may submit the form on behalf of the new employee. Please submit the form as soon as you have the information, or at least three business days before the new employee’s start date, to make sure all tasks can be completed on time. Please submit requests for all new regular and temporary employees, including transfers from other units and those who may not need a MiWorkspace computer.
