Starting May 12, look for email in your inbox from U-M TeamDynamix <[email protected]> after you reach out to the ITS Service Center and other ITS teams for assistance. The email will also have a new look.
Continue to contact the ITS Service Center using the same methods as before, including using our [email protected] address. We are standing by and ready to help!
The new email address is due to changing our ticketing system. The ticketing system change will equip support teams in Information and Technology Services with the tools to provide excellent customer service.
In addition to the email address change, the online contact form will also have an updated look and feel.
