- Need to change ULs? Follow the process to request changes to ULs for your unit.
- Specify Primary UL and an Alternate UL(s) for each department
- Each Department Number can have one Primary and multiple Alternate ULs per admin area (FIN, SA, HRMS, etc.)
- When submitting an online access request before an employee’s start date, a newly created knowledge article goes over some considerations. It covers information related to:
- ensuring an OARS request routes to the correct approval,
- things that can contribute to processing delays, and
- how to avoid cancelled requests. Take a look!
