Units are required to provide ITS staff with the necessary training and/or access to be successful in developing desired solutions. Engineers will work with the assigned unit staff or subject matter expert to gather functional requirements, escalate issues, and approve design specifications.
ITS reserves the right to decline unit engagements on a case-by-case basis due to availability of ITS personnel or engagements that contain work components not a match for EUC Engineering staff.
