Status Report 10-12-20

Unit IT leadership has received users data files so unit IT teams can assist with retirement activities. Targeted communications to active BlueJeans users began Monday, October 12. Updated data files to unit leaders and follow-up communications will continue through the fall term. Some of the key metrics we will use to measure progress across the retirement project are the stats provided below. Statistics from April (in parenthesis) are from when BlueJeans was the primary videoconferencing platform for remote teaching and work. These numbers provide perspective on how usage has dropped since Zoom was implemented.

  • Total Meeting Minutes: 9,516,824 (44,748,387)
