In preparation for the University’s annual disclosure process, the M-Inform system has been updated with several enhancements, as of July 1, 2023.

Disclosure Certification Questions Form

Minor text changes throughout the disclosure form. See the M-Inform Disclosure Questions (Sample) (as of 7/1/2023).

Updated the Attestation page to include new language for FY24 regarding funding from U.S. Federal agencies.

Reports
- On the Employees by Unit Report, "Employees Required to Disclose" and “All Employees by Unit” now have the ability to view disclosers' family members at a glance, via the “Has UM Employed Family” and “UM Employee Family Member(s)” columns.

On the “All CARs” tab, added searchable fields for FCOI Tracking Number and FCOI Submission Date columns.
Disclosure Certifications

On the Summary tab, removed the "Notify Expedited Reviewer" activity from the Activity History.

On the Private Review Information tab, returned the “Total Picture” activity button.

On the Record Other Support Review activity, added new questions and revised existing questions.
